The story

Built beside his father.

Jeff Silverberg founded Silverado Custom Homes, and Adam spent 15 years building alongside him, on the sites and in the meetings, before Jeff passed the company to him. The Silverado Group is that same company, renamed.

What did not change: it is still family-run, it still takes on a small number of homes a year, and it is still run by the person whose name is on it. The S in the logo is an infinity symbol, a nod to a company handed from one generation to the next.

Adam is the President. He is the person you meet first and the person you call when something needs a decision.

Hi, I’m Adam.

I spent 15 years working beside my father before he handed the company to me, and I still run it the way he taught me: be on site, answer the phone, and be straight about money and time. When you build with us, you’re building with me. I’m the one walking the site with you at the start, and the one you’ll call once you’ve moved in.

If you’re thinking about a build, a renovation, or a lot you’re not sure about, I’d love to hear about it. Bring the rough idea and the real budget. We’ll walk the site together, I’ll tell you honestly what I think, and by the end of the walk you’ll know whether we’re the right fit. Either way, you’ll leave with a clearer picture than you came in with.
